Here is the current market update for Single Family Homes and Townhomes/Condos For last month December 2023
Single Family Homes 
We are currently in a balanced market with an increase of single family home inventory.
Median sales price is slightly down from last year.
Sellers were getting 96% of their asking price with a median time of 83 days on the market.
Townhomes & Condos
It’s becoming more of a buyer’s due to a huge increase of inventory. Sellers were getting 95% of their asking price with a median time to sell of 77 days of the home being on the market. Significantly higher than last year.
